Egg and Veggie Stack

Fried mixed vegetables and eggs on a bed of wheaten


– Eggs

– Sweet corn

– Celery

– Tomato

– Avocado

– Wheaten Bread

– Butter


– Rock Salt

– Pepper

Cooking Instructions

– First hard boil the eggs.

– Heat a pan to medium heat and use butter to fry. Add the boiled eggs along with the vegetables to the pan.

– When cooked season with salt and pepper and serve hot with wheaten bread (toasting optional).


Veggie Omelette

– 2 whole eggs

– 2 egg whites

– Milk (splash)

– tomato

– celery

– onion

– kale

– Mozzarella

– Wheaten Bread (optional)


– Rock Salt

– Pepper

Cooking Instructions

– Mix the eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl with a splash of milk.

– Heat a pan to a low temperature and add a drop of olive oil.

– Add contents of the bowl, the vegetables, and the cheese to the pan.

– Cook until the omelette has hardened enough so that the total mixture can move around the pan as one.

– Remove the pan from the stove and put it in the grill to cook the top of the mixture.

– Serve Hot!!

Peanut Butter & Avocado Toast

– Wheaten Bread (toasted)

– Avocado

– Peanut butter

Cooking Instructions

– Toast the wheaten bread and spread the peanut butter on it.

– Slice the avocado as desired and place on top of the spread to serve.

Egg & Wheaten Delight

– 2x Eggs

– 4x slices of wheaten bread

– 1/2 onion

– 1x avocado

– 6x sugar snaps

– 1x tomato


– Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

– fry the onions and sugar snaps in a pan with a little salt and pepper to season.

– add the avocado and and tomato when the onions and sugar snaps are fried. The avocado and tomato only need a few minutes to cook.

– fry two eggs sunny side up

– toast the wheaten bread

– use the wheaten bread as bed to put the vegetables on and then place the fried eggs on top as a lid.

– serve hot!




Egg Quesadillas

Egg Quesadillas


– Eggs

– Wholemeal wraps

– Milk

– Butter (real)

– Tomatoes

– Mozzarella


– Sea Salt

– Crushed Garlic

– Chilli Flakes

– Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

– Bring pan to a medium-low heat, add milk, eggs, butter, condiments, and scramble.

– Bring separate pan to medium heat with butter or coconut oil.

– Place wholemeal wrap in the pan, add scrambled eggs and mozzeralla on top, place a wholemeal wrap on top of the eggs.

– Once the bottom wrap has toasted, flip the quesadillas over and toast the opposite side.

– Quarter and Serve hot!

– 2 x Grilled Eggs

– 200g Skyr (Icelandic yogurt)

– 50g Blueberries

– 50g granola
