Spaghetti and Meatballs


meatball meal

Ingredients

  • Minced Steak
  • Fresh Spaghetti
  • Tinned Tomato
  • Onions
  • Peppers

Condiments

  • Sea Salt
  • Italian Herbs
  • Garlic Flakes
  • Oxo Cube

Cooking Instructions

– Boil Pasta

– Roll mine steak into meat balls, season with salt and garlic flakes, then cook on high heat for 20min.

– Fry the onions and pepper in a non-stick pan, add the tinned tomato, add the cooked meatballs and finally crush the oxo cube of the mix.

Serve hot!

(Cooking time  30-40min)

Sweet Passata Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

– Chicken

– Basmati Rice

– Passata

– Sweet red pepper

– Sweet corn

– Onion

– Spinach

 

Condiments

– Salt

– Black Pepper

– Italian Herbs

– Garlic

– Chilli Flakes

Cooking Instructions

– Boil the rice.

– Pan fry the chicken, peppers and onions in a non-stick pan until cooked.

– Add passata, sweet corn, spinach, and condiments to the pan. Cook until hot.

– Serve in top of the rice

Egg Quesadillas


Egg Quesadillas

Ingredients

– Eggs

– Wholemeal wraps

– Milk

– Butter (real)

– Tomatoes

– Mozzarella

Condiments

– Sea Salt

– Crushed Garlic

– Chilli Flakes

– Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

– Bring pan to a medium-low heat, add milk, eggs, butter, condiments, and scramble.

– Bring separate pan to medium heat with butter or coconut oil.

– Place wholemeal wrap in the pan, add scrambled eggs and mozzeralla on top, place a wholemeal wrap on top of the eggs.

– Once the bottom wrap has toasted, flip the quesadillas over and toast the opposite side.

– Quarter and Serve hot!

Pec Deck Technique


In the video you can see me carrying out the a chest fly on the pec deck machine. In the video I am using a rotation of the wrists and closing of the elbows in order to get a greater stimulus on the chest. This lead to more muscle recruitment, a greater overload, and a hell of a burn.
